Return, Refund and Policies

Return

Returns are accepted for damage to product, but please give us a brief explanation as to why you'd like to return the item so that we can continue striving to be better. At the moment, we are unable to return a product that has already been exchanged once. We will send you an email or call to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) would be initiated once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only in the Cayman Islands for the following reasons:

1.The size didn't work for you

2.You want a different colour

3.You want a different design. We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn or washed. A product that has been exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.

Shipping

Shipping will be used from the Cayman Islands Postal Service however FedEx, UPS and DHL may be used for express shipping. International shipping times will be from 7-21 business days due to circumstances caused by covid-19. All orders over $100usd (within North America) will incur free shipping. All orders under $100usd will cost $10usd for United States shipping or $25usd for express shipping and 15usd for Canadian Shipping. Orders from other countries will be charged accordingly to the rate in which it costs to send from the Cayman Islands. If a customer would like to express ship their order with another shipping company (UPS, DHL, FedEx) they may do so at the cost of the shipping company used. You will receive a tracking number to track your order.

International and Non Continental USA orders may vary in shipping cost dependant on region of the delivery address or customs congestion. Orders may be subject to additional duty charges upon delivery, dependant upon their countries import regulations. Please allow 1-7 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped.

Order Cancellation

Product cancellations are subjected to the product availability and delivery. We may cancel your order depending on the availability of the product or if delivery would not be possible at your location. You will be notified by an email or phone call in case your order would be subjected to the cancellation. You will get your refund within 10 business days if we cancel your order. If you want to cancel your order, you need to contact us prior to us dispatching  and shipping the order. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. Cancellation charges may be applied if you want to cancel your order.
